The chat window is displayed right under a user’s short bio, on the right of profile pictures. It’s a live chat by default, but you can switch it to Mail if you want to. We also appreciated that a user can see what exactly they can do while chatting, for example, send stickers, emojis, and media files, and all the costs are provided, so members won’t spend more than they actually expected to spend just because they didn’t know how much a particular service cost.
